How To Backup Your Database To the Server
1.  Click on the "Backup" button
2.  Click on Use Gzip
3.  Click on the "Backup" button
4.  Wait until the top of the page turns green and says "Success: The database has been saved."
5.  This will back it up to the server, it is also recommended that you back it up to your computer

How To Backup Your Database To your Computer
1.  Click on the "Backup" button
2.  Click on Use Gzip
3.  Click on the box next to "Download Only"
4.  Click on the "Backup" button

How To Restore Your Database From The Server
1.  Click on the title of the database you want to restore
2.  Click on the "Restore" button on the right side
3.  Click on the "Restore" button again
4.  Wait until the top of the page turns green and says "Success: The database has been restored."

How To Restore Your Database From The Your Computer
(Note this method is NOT recommend)
1.  Click on the "Restore" button
2.  Click on the "Browse" button
3.  Locate the database backup file on your computer
4.  Click on the "Restore" button
5.  Wait until the top of the page turns green and says "Success: The database has been restored."
